- Absinthe1 cl
- Sugar1 piece
- Peychaud's bitters2 dashes
Preparation

Rinse a well-chilled old fashioned glass with the absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, put the cognac, the sugar cube and the Peychaud's bitters, then stir.

Discard the ice and excess absinthe from the serving glass.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
