- A few drops of bitters (Amargo or Angostura) on the foam

- Pisco6 cl
- Lemon juice3 cl
- Simple syrup2 cl
- Egg white1
Preparation

Chill the glass.

Pour the pisco, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake hard.

Strain into the chilled glass.

Add a few drops of bitters on the foam for aroma.
