Ingredients
- Cynar6 cl
- Sweet vermouth3 cl
- Lemon juice1 cl
- Orange bitters3 dashes
- Lemon1 twist
Preparation

Chill an old fashioned glass and fill it with ice, ideally one large cube.

Squeeze a lemon twist over the mixing glass to release its oils, then drop it in.
- 03
Add the Cynar, sweet vermouth, lemon juice and orange bitters, then stir with ice.
- 04
Strain over the ice in the glass.
- 05
Express a second lemon twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
