Preparation

Chill a coupe in the freezer.

Pour the whisky, Madeira, sugar and whole egg into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake hard, pour back into the shaker without ice and shake again to emulsify well.

Fine-strain into the chilled coupe.
- 05
Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
