- Dry sherry4.5 cl
- Dry vermouth4.5 cl
- Orange bitters2 dashes
- Angostura bitters2 drops
Preparation

Chill a Nick & Nora glass.

Pour the fino sherry, dry vermouth, orange bitters and Angostura into a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Fine-strain into the chilled glass.

Express a lemon twist over the glass, then discard it, and add a green olive.
In the same spirit
