Ingredients
- Vanilla-flavored vodka6 cl
- Amaretto1 cl
- Blue curaçao0.5 cl
- Pistachio cream liqueur2.5 cl

Chill a martini glass.

Pour the vanilla vodka, amaretto and blue curaçao into the shaker, add the ice, then the pistachio cream liqueur last so that it does not curdle.

Shake, then strain the mixture and return it to the shaker without ice.

Dry shake again to emulsify well.

Fine strain into the chilled glass and place a scoop of pistachio ice cream in the center.
