- Vanilla-flavored vodka5 cl
- Passoã2 cl
- Passion fruit purée5 cl
- Vanilla sugar2 tsp
- Champagne5 cl
Preparation

Chill a large cocktail glass.

Pour the vanilla vodka, Passoã, passion fruit purée and vanilla sugar into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake, then double-strain into the chilled glass.

Float the sugared passion fruit half on the cocktail.

Serve the champagne on the side, in a small glass.
