- Vanilla whipped cream2 cl
- Milk10 cl
- Sugar
Preparation

Pour the rum, milk, vanilla whipped cream, sugar and whole egg into a shaker.

Shake hard with ice, then strain the mixture into the other half of the shaker.

Shake again without ice to foam the egg well.
- 04
Fine-strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
- 05
Grate a little fresh nutmeg on top.
