Ingredients
- Rye whiskey6 cl
- Sweet vermouth2.5 cl
- Cherry brandy1.5 cl
- Absinthe1 cl
Preparation

Pour the absinthe into a coupe and swirl it to coat the inside, then discard the excess.

Put the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth and cherry brandy into a mixing glass three-quarters filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
