- Rum3 cl
- Smoked rum3 cl
- Amaretto1.5 cl
- Frangelico0.5 cl
- Maraschino liqueur5 drops
- Passion fruit purée3 cl
- Pineapple juice9 cl
- Lime juice3 cl
- Fresh ginger1 slice
Preparation

Muddle a thin slice of fresh ginger in the bottom of the shaker.

Add both rums, the amaretto, Frangelico, the drops of maraschino, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice and lime juice.

Fill with ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled tiki glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with citrus and a dehydrated pineapple slice.
