- Brandy3 cl
- Amber rum3 cl
- Egg1
- Simple syrup1 tsp
- Milk9 cl
Preparation

Put the brandy, dark rum, sugar syrup, milk and whole egg into a shaker with ice.

Shake hard.
- 03
Remove the ice, then dry-shake again to build foam.

Fine-strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Grate a little nutmeg on top.
