Bloody maria

Preparation

   Fill a highball glass with ice to chill it.

   In the shaker, put the Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of celery salt.

   Add the lemon juice, tomato juice and tequila, then the ice.

   Gently roll the mix from one vessel to the other rather than shaking hard, to keep the tomato juice smooth.

5. 05

   Empty the ice from the glass and strain the drink over fresh ice.

   Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
