- Rum4.5 cl
- Lime juice1.5 cl
- Honey syrup1.5 cl
- Champagne5 cl
Preparation

Chill a highball glass and fill it with ice.
- 02
Shake the rum, lime juice and honey syrup with ice.
- 03
Strain into the glass over the ice.
- 04
Top up with well-chilled champagne and stir briefly.

Garnish with a lime twist or a sprig of mint.
