- Rhum agricole4.5 cl
- Amber rum1.5 cl
- Falernum1 cl
- Allspice dram1 cl
- Lime juice1.5 cl
- Orange juice1.5 cl
- Honey syrup1.5 cl
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a blender with about 35 cl of crushed ice.

Blend briefly.
- 03
Pour into a stemmed glass and top up with crushed ice.

Garnish with three skewered cherries and a piece of pineapple.
