- White rum3 cl
- Peach brandy1.5 cl
- Lime juice1.5 cl
- Honey syrup3 cl
- Mint10 leaves
- Pineapple3 pieces
Preparation

Put the rum, peach brandy, lime juice, honey syrup, mint leaves and pineapple chunks into the blender.

Add about half a glass of crushed ice.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a large coupe and garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple slice.
