- Cherry brandy2 cl
- Cognac2 cl
Preparation

Chill the ingredients and a small pousse-café glass, without ice.

Pour the cherry brandy, which is sweeter and denser, into the bottom of the glass.

Slowly pour the green Chartreuse over the back of a spoon to form a second layer.
- 04
Finish by gently floating the cognac on top in the same way.

Serve immediately without stirring.
