Ingredients
- Vodka4.5 cl
- Beef consommé9 cl
- Lemon juice1.5 cl
- Tabasco3 dashes
- Worcestershire sauce3 dashes
Preparation

Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 02
Pour the vodka, cold beef consommé and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.

Add the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

Shake hard until the shaker is very cold.

Strain into the glass and garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
