Aphrodite mule

Preparation

   The vodka I use for this cocktail is an infusion (or marinade…) of ginger in rose-flavoured vodka (Wyborowa Rose).

   Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

3. 03

   Add 50 ml of this infusion, the juice of half a lime, a few drops of Angostura Bitters (optional), and ginger beer up to the top of the glass.

4. 04

   To garnish, add a rose petal. Enjoy in moderation, of course, and ideally with a fish dish!
