Preparation

   Pour hot chocolate into a large mug.

2. 02

   Squeeze the orange peel over the mug and leave it inside.

3. 03

   Flambé the already warm cognac in a ladle.

4. 04

   Pour gently into the mug.

5. 05

   Add a good spoonful of cream if desired.
