Vodka martini

Preparation

   Put a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.

   Pour the vodka and vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice.

3. 03

   Stir for about twenty seconds with a bar spoon.

4. 04

   Strain into the chilled glass, without ice.

5. 05

   Garnish with a green olive or a lemon twist.
