Ingredients
- Gold tequila3 cl
- Champagne3 cl
Preparation

Pour the tequila, then the champagne, into a short glass without ice, leaving about a fifth of the glass empty.
- 02
Stir very gently so as not to knock out the bubbles.
- 03
Cover the glass with the palm of your hand and slam it down sharply on a hard surface.
- 04
Drink it immediately in one go, before the foam overflows.
