- Grenadine1 dash
- Egg1
- Lemon juice1 cl
- White curaçao2 cl
- Whisky4 cl
Preparation

Crack the egg into the shaker, then add the whiskey, curaçao, lemon juice and dash of grenadine.

Shake hard with ice cubes.

Strain out the ice, then shake again without ice to build the foam.

Fine-strain into a well-chilled coupe.
- 05
Grate a little nutmeg over the foam.
