- Cane sugar syrup2.5 cl
- Lemon juice2.5 cl
- Sparkling water

In a mixing glass two-thirds filled with ice, pour the sugar syrup, the lemon juice and the Mirabelle liqueur.

Stir, serve in a cocktail glass and top up with sparkling water.
