- Lime wedge and a bunch of mint
Ingredients
- Elderflower liqueur4 cl
- Prosecco6 cl
- Sparkling water6 cl
- Mint8 leaves
Preparation

Chill a wine glass.
- 02
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour in the well-chilled elderflower liqueur, prosecco and soda water.

Stir briefly and garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.
