Put the dark rum, orange liqueur, milk and whole egg into a shaker with ice.

Shake hard.

Remove the ice, then dry-shake again to build foam.

Fine-strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
