Caipirissima

Preparation

1. 01

   Cut the lime into wedges or cubes, removing the white central part (too bitter).

2. 02

   Place them in a whisky glass, add the sugar and muddle everything until all the lime juice is extracted.

3. 03

   Add a layer of crushed ice on top of the mixture and top up with the rum.

4. 04

   Drink through a straw.
