Ingredients
- Vodka3 cl
- Beef consommé6 cl
- Lemon juice1 cl
- Worcestershire sauce1 dash
- Tabasco1 dash
- Celery salt1 pinch
- Pepper1 pinch
Preparation

Chill a Collins glass, then rim it with the celery salt.

Pour the vodka, cold beef consommé and lemon juice into a shaker.

Add the Worcestershire, Tabasco and a pinch of pepper.

Fill with ice and shake hard.

Strain into the glass over ice.
