Apricot brandy sour

Ingredients
- Brandy5 cl
- Sugar1 tsp
- Lemon juice3 cl
Preparation

Pour the brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a shaker.

Dry shake first, without ice, to dissolve the sugar fully.

Add ice and shake again to chill.
- 04
Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
