Ingredients
- Pineapple juice2 cl
- Lemon juice2 cl
- Simple syrup2 cl
- Gin4 cl
- Soda water
Preparation

Pour the gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.

Add ice and shake hard for about fifteen seconds.

Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with the soda.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.
